IMPORTANT NOTICE: HELMETS INVOLVED IN ACCIDENTS SHOULD BE REPLACED AND NOT WORN AGAIN!

If you have a OneK helmet that was involved in an accident, you may be eligible to purchase a new helmet at a reduced-price.

 

PLEASE DO NOT RIDE IN THE HELMET AGAIN IF IT WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT!

how to replace your HELMET

OneK Helmets involved in an accident may be replaced at a discount within three years of the helmet purchase date. Helmets that have been damaged through misuse, dropping or neglect do not qualify.

The following information pertains to helmets purchased in the United States only. For International replacement information, including Canada, please contact the authorized One-K dealer or distributor where you made your original helmet purchase.

  • Accidents within 12 months of purchase date: 40% off MSRP
  • Accidents within 24 months of purchase date: 30% off MSRP
  • Accidents within 36 months of purchase date: 20% off MSRP

Before beginning the Accident Helmet Replacement Return Authorization Form, please be sure you have the following required information:

  1. Proof of purchase.
  2. Details of the accident.
  3. Image of the helmet with both harness straps cut.
